For internal piles, we can treat with Rubber band ligation,it is easy and not painfull, done as ambulatory procedure, also we can use the Infra red coagulation , it is also ambulatory, but needs several sessions.
The? HAL(hemorrhoidal arterial ligation) can be done under local anesthesia by experts.
The medical treatment consists of laxatives, local suppositiries, it might help, but for temporary period. Thanks for asking

all complications are less than 4%.
I have done more than? 200 operations
only 2 i had to reoperate for:one chronic pain,one for continous minor bleeding, both due to granuloma over staoles.
no case had life thretining complication.
Tenesmus ,urgency and urinary retention, might happen, but it is temporary.
All my patients,when asked if they advise it ,the answer is yes.

This is no good surgery!
This surgery has a medium success? rate (about 25% of patients still have hemorrhoidal disease 1 year after surgery (Cochrance Analysis). In addition there are a MAJOR COMPLICATIONS following the PPH proceduce.

you should see the bisturi one, thats horrible
i leaved the operation walking a took only one month to recover
bisturi operation took 4 month to recover with horrible? pain
